Beide sind Schulsozialarbeitende im Landesdienst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Frank Vehring<\/mark><\/strong> (<a href=\"mailto:frank.vehring@hsembueren.de\">schulsozialarbeit@hs-emsbueren.de<\/a>) ist seit dem 1. April 2007 an der <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color\">H<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">S<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">E<\/mark><\/strong> als Schulsozialarbeiter t\u00e4tig. Seine Aufgabenschwerpunkte sind im Einzelnen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Soziale Beratung:<\/mark><\/sup><\/em><\/strong> Unterst\u00fctzung und Begleitung in Krisen- und Konfliktsituationen, Einzelhilfe f\u00fcr Sch\u00fcler\/innen, Eltern, Lehrkr\u00e4fte<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><sup>Pr\u00e4vention:<\/sup><\/mark><\/em><\/strong> Organisation der Pr\u00e4ventionsangebote von Jahrgang 5-10 (z.B. Alkoholpr\u00e4vention\/KomA, Medienpr\u00e4vention\/Pr\u00e4ventionsteam der Polizei etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Berufliche Orientierung (BO):<\/mark><\/sup><\/em><\/strong> -Praktikumsorganisation und -begleitung in den Jahrgangsstufen 8+9, -Planung, Organisation und Durchf\u00fchrung der Emsb\u00fcrener Ausbildungsplatzb\u00f6rse, -Planung und Organisation unterschiedlicher berufsorientierender Ma\u00dfnahmen, wie z.B. Experimentiertage (Rosen), \u201eVocatium\u201c (Fachmesse f. Ausbildung+Studium), Zukunftstag f. Jungen+M\u00e4dchen etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><sup><em>Offene Ganztagsschule:<\/em> <\/sup><\/mark><\/strong>-Planung und Organisation des Ganztagsprogramms, -\u00dcbermittagsbetreuung, -Leitung von Arbeitsgemeinschaften<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Netzwerkarbeit:<\/mark><\/sup><\/em> <\/strong>-Regionaler + \u00dcberregionaler Austausch mit den Akteuren der Schulsozialarbeit, -Austausch mit verschiedenen Hilfs- und Beratungsinstitutionen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Tanja Siemer<\/mark><\/strong> (<a href=\"mailto:tanja.siemer@hsemsbueren.de\">tanja.siemer@hsemsbueren.de<\/a>) ist seit 2025 an der <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color\">H<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">S<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">E<\/mark><\/strong> u.a. mit folgenden Schwerpunkten t\u00e4tig:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Individuelle verhaltensorientierte Hilfestellung f\u00fcr einzelne Kinder und Jugendliche w\u00e4hrend des Unterrichtstages<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Begleitung und Unterst\u00fctzung beim Sport- und Schwimmunterricht<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Einzelfallberatung im Hinblick auf den Umgang mit Verhaltensauff\u00e4lligkeiten\/ famili\u00e4re Probleme<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-\u00dcbernahme von Teilaufgaben w\u00e4hrend des Unterrichts in Absprache mit der Lehrkraft<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Begleitung im \u00dcbergang Grundschule-weiterf\u00fchrende Schule<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Zusammenarbeit mit Erziehungsberechtigten und Organisationen (Jugendamt, psychiatrische Einrichtungen, Kliniken etc.)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An der HSE arbeitet ein Team, bestehend aus Tanja Siemer und Frank Vehring.
